Shipping and Handling charges are based on the subtotal of your order and the shipping method selected. Special promotions and offers may reduce or eliminate shipping charges, however handling charges may still apply.

Empress Beauty and Cosmetics will not deliver to known expeditors or freight forwarders. Empress is not responsible for and will have no liability for pick up or delivery by non-Empress delivery agents.

Get 3-5 business day delivery to your home, office, or dorm, anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States, or select express delivery to get your order faster!

return & exchange policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not happy with your product, let us help you with a return or replacement. Our customers have 30 days after purchase to exchange or return. Exchange will be of No Cost to our customer for the same purchased item(s). Please mail returns back to Empress Beauty and Cosmetics mailing address listed on the invoice. Please provide your online store receipt or order number and we will refund the purchase price within 30 days and applicable taxes and fees to the original form of payment or provide a replacement. For Purchases greater than 30 days store credit is applicable with product unopened and intacted.
