Reservation Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect the time of our specialist and maximize the guest experience, our Cancellation & No-Show Policy requires that you cancel or reschedule your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. To do so, please contact (470) 886-2295 to make any change reservation. When making a reservation, there is a deposit to reserve service(s). Upon being serviced the deposit will be applied to the service(s) being rendered. If you fail to show up for your reservation or don’t cancel or reschedule your booking 24 hours in advance, Empress Beauty and Cosmetics will charge a Cancellation/No-Show Fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the service(s) scheduled.
